We shall facilitate changes in the Company’s records at the CAC post incorporation. i.e. change of Directors, Secretary, filing of annual returns, increase or decrease of authorized share capital, transfer and allotment of shares, attendance of Board meetings.
We will carry out all preliminary activities to facilitate the convening of meetings, including preparation of board packs and other relevant documentation.

Corporate Documentation and Regulatory Compliance
We will advise and prepare/review documents relating to the Company such as the Shareholders Agreement, Employment contracts, Service Level Agreements, etc.
We will prepare other documents necessary to give effect to the intention of the Company with third parties, including preparing appropriate resolutions.
We will ensure compliance with sector regulatory requirements. i.e. compliance with Pension Commission, NAFDAC, NSITF, ITF, etc
Trademark Registration & Immigration Support
We shall facilitate the registration of the Companies unique marks, patents and designs at the trademark registry
We will obtain and renew expatriate quotas, CERPAC (where applicable), etc.
We will ensure compliance with monthly immigration filings and other immigration needs.
